Here we go again…

A second holiday collection in one season.

Hot on the heels of publishing Half-baked Holidays: A Romantic Comedy Holiday Collection.

Turns out I had more holiday stories in me, vibrating to be told.

Except…

This time around, the stories edge out of romantic comedy and slide just a touch chillier. But only a bit. Each one ends on a positive note.

And all five of them involve crime during the holidays.

Two contain romantic elements.

Four are from the perspective of the criminal. {grins}

Because, let’s face it. Santa has two lists.

And sometimes…

It’s just more fun to embrace our naughty side.

And although I loved adventuring in all the stories equally, several hard-and-fast favorites shimmered to the top for me as beautiful starters to additional stories in those worlds.

It’s the first time we all get to meet Mick Morgan. But I fell in love with the gruff hitman and his crew and have a strong suspicion Best Served Ice Cold won’t be our last story with Mick.

Plus, cat burglar Felicia captivated my heart in Caught at Christmas. I’m thinking we could go so many places with her further escapades.

Oh, and then we have the criminal capers of Rissa and her heartwarming orphan crew in Thick as Thieves. I’d love to adventure with her crew again.

And so…
